Can i5 Intel UMA handle CAD, video editing, photoshop programs well?

CAD is more CPU/ RAM intensive than GPU. Unless you want to enable realistic shading/shadows (which you can't since it requires a workstation video card) or CAD extremely complex emblies, the Intel GMA will handle it just fine.
