I am 21 years old and weigh 138.6 lbs(63 kgs)how do i lose 10 kgs(or at least 7kgs) in 7 days?
i have a really important day comin up next week. and i just need to lose a bit of my paunch. and i reaaaaaly dont have time 2 exercise!!!! any suggestions are welcome!!! im drinking a lot of water .
