Do colleges care if you switch highschools senior year?

Sadly, no you can't significantly raise your gpa at all. If you're going into your senior year, your ulative gpa up till now is what colleges will consider. To be frank, your gpa and act are very low, and they will seriously affect your admission decision. What i would recommend is studying your off for the next SAT/ACT you take, and write some incredible essays.
