White marks on tetra fins?

it could be ick on fins but i think i will heal. what type of tetras if i know i could tell you if its natural or something worng. its most likely a type of mold but im really not sure. maybe you should go see a ve and they will tell you. or you can ge books from the local libraby or amazon i suggest TROPICAL FISH DEISES CONDITION AND tREATMENT
