Skateboard Deck Help!!!!!!!!!!?

so im a very very beginner skater. I mean i can ollie but not very high or well. So any way I'm not sure what size deck I have but I wear a women's 8 or 8 1/2 size shoe and need help. I am currently riding an Element mini that is in it's final days. All of the pop has gone out of it and I need a new one to work with. I'm also looking at some Baker boards but I'm not sure. If anyone could suggest some good companies to start out on and what size deck you would suggest it would be much appreciated.
