I have rights to contact visa office?

i am indian, apply for australian student Evisa. i was lodged my application on 20th February 2009 through our agent. still my application under processing, my college date 11th may 2009. i have any rights to contact australian visa office personally. bec, my agent's australian lawyer only act for me and lodged application in australia.
