Does anyone know a music video with two blonde singers that look like sisters and are in an industrial like s?

I saw part of it on TV and don't know who the singers are. They were both platinum blond, and there was a car in the video along with a metal wall that had slots open in it. I'm probably describing this horribly - the sound was similar to the Veronicas. Anyone have an idea?
