I was discharged from the NAVY DEP program, how long until i can retry for my SEAL contract?

i was discharged a few months ago after wrecking my motorcycle, the injury's to my knee left me unable to run. being the stubborn person i am decided to attempt my monthly pst anyways, needles to say i failed my run and made things worse. i am better now and can run again, my question is how long do i have to wait if any time at all to re-enter the dep program and re-contract
