My Family is Being Kicked Out of Our Apartment, What Should We Do?

I just heard some devastating news, my family is being kicked out of our apartment. With the economic woes going on and stuff we weren't able to pay our bills. This was our last strike and our landlord cannot give us a second chance. My Mom is a single mother, and she has health conditions. I also have a younger sister who is eleven. My Mom went to court recently to see if anything could be done, and they told her that we have to move out by May 1st. I have one month of high school until I graduate and I don't plan on giving up, but I really need to be there for my family. I am suppose to be their father figure and sadly right now I am at a complete loss. I don't know what to do, this is all a nightmare to me. I am not sure of what might happen, and fear for my future. But i am hoping for the best, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
