Rap complaints?

Why are people complaining about rap being dead and hating on kids like soulja boy. The thing is, times have changed and growing up in poor hoods is different than those times. I agree rap isn't the same thing it was, but i don't think it ever will be. You really think Soulja boy, and Lil' wayne, Flo rida all those other people you complain about, really have any right to make real rap that you guys want. Tupac rapped about growing up in the hood but rappers nowadays just sing these things for entertainment and most would have no idea what its like to experience something like that. So stop hatin and enjoy the new generation.
