What are some good movies that aren't mainstream?

I really like bizarre movies and I was looking things up by the author Neil Gaiman and I found the movie MirrorMask, the only way I know how to discribe it is it's a modern age Wizard of Oz, not really scary, but I really love this movie and not very mainstream, maybe in the UK though, not sure
