I won the lotto but i'm under 18 and i don't know what to do?

basically i won 1million in the lotto.. i know i'm so lucky but it cannot be claimed by me unless i'm over 18, the obvious option is to give it to my mum and improve my familys lifestyle immensly but my brothers and sisters are so rude and terrible with money and i know she will divide her will between all of us equally when she pes but they will just throw the money away and i'm the one who really deserves it seeing as i purchased and won the ticket? any way i can postpone the winnings until i am 18 (i'm 16 now) so that i can spend and save the money smartly.
